Tune Marketing Console ("TMC") Free Trial
This Pricing Statement ("Pricing Statement") incorporates and supplements the TUNE Master Services Agreement, available at http://www.tune.com/msa/ ("MSA") (collectively the "Agreement"). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the MSA.
Clicking "ACCEPT" below allows the Advertiser (also referred to herein as "You" or "Your") to access and use Advertising Attribution, the TMC SDK, and access to certain features of App Store Analytics pursuant to the terms set forth in the MSA and available at mc.tune.com. Advertising Attribution and App Store Analytics are collectively referred to herein as the TUNE Marketing Console, or "TMC".

This Agreement commences and is effective when you click "ACCEPT" below. You may only sign up for the Free Trial pricing plan once.
Tune Marketing Console ("TMC")
Agency Pricing Statement
Service Fees: Your fees are determined by the pricing structure You select for each individual Advertiser with whom You work. Each of Your Advertisers will be enrolled in the Growth Pricing Plan (described below) upon sign-up. If You wish to switch Your Advertisers to an Upgrade Pricing Plan (described below), the Parties must enter into a duly executed amendment modifying the pricing terms for that particular Advertiser.

START DATE AND BILLING
This Agreement is effective when you click "ACCEPT" below. We will invoice You for the Service Fees in accordance with the AMSA.
TERM AND TERMINATION
The Services are provided to You on a month-to-month basis. Either Party may terminate the Agreement at any time, with or without cause, with thirty (30) days prior written notice.
This Agency Pricing Statement ("Agency Pricing Statement") incorporates and supplements the TUNE Agency Master Services Agreement, available at http://www.tune.com/amsa/ ("AMSA") (collectively the "Agreement"). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the AMSA.

- Represent that You have the authority to bind the Agency to these terms; and
- Represent that the Agency is bound to or agrees to be bound by the MSA.
